Retail Manager

Job Description
  • Overall responsible for the retail’s sales performances & operations
  • Managing retails daily operation and flow of products
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship
  • Ensure branch complies to guidelines and operational procedures
  • Develop & implement sales strategies/ plan to achieve the sales target
  • Plan and execute Marketing Strategies and activates like roadshow and exhibition
  • Monitoring, maintaining and improving service quality
  • Monitoring resources and apply its cost effectiveness
  • Responsible for top and bottom line of the business
  • Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management
Work experience and skills
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree any field.
  • Able to work flexible schedule, including weekend and public holidays
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
  • The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making.
  • Do not mind working late and must have high in commitment and responsibility.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Operation Junior Executive

Job Description
  • Maintaining and ensuring records are filed accordingly to the SOP.
  • To prepare bills, invoices, PO, DO, GR, CN, logistic documentation, Stock Allocation Documents, Cheque preparation or any others relevant preparation documents as allocated by the immediate reporting senior or HOD.
  • To prepare all sales operations, warehouse & Logistic related documentation and work process as requested by the immediate reporting senior or HOD.
  • Responsible for department operation task
  • Check, assist and review junior on their daily operation task in the department
  • Simple daily, weekly or monthly reporting to submit to immediate report senior or HOD.
  • To replace and support the daily operations work task if any of the junior or co-colleague not on duty for the day
  • Stock count
Work experience and skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certification or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least a min of Certificate or Diploma in account or business admin or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Product Advisor (Multiple location)

Job Description
  • To effectively sell and promote products
  • To attend customer & close sales, follow up on sales, provide before & after sales customer service
  • Be able to present and demonstrate products
  • To load/ unload goods for sales as and when required
  • Take care of retail environment’s daily operations and cleanliness
  • Providing premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers
  • Ensure products and displays are consistently well-presented
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
